1. Minimum program buy of $15,000
2. A mix of deliverables below must be met to be considered for a promotional partnership with Richard Petty Driving Experience:
A. Advertising (Radio/TV/Print) and/or on-package exposure to include RPDE logo
a. Regional- Minimum ad buy of $50,000
b. National- Minimum ad buy of $200,000
c. On-Package Exposure- Minimum of 6 million impressions
d. Point-Of-Sale; RPDE will approve the right to use our logo for in-store POS
3. Database Name Acquisition- (minimum 3000 names) Entries from the campaign should be collected at the end of the promotional period and given to RPDE in a digital database format
4. Direct mail campaign (minimum 5000 pieces) - promotional partner responsible for printing and mailing costs
If your promotion meets the criteria, complete the
Promotion Approval Request Form and fax it to the Marketing Department
at 704-455-5595. Include as much detail as possible on the elements of
the promotion as this will speed up the approval process.
If you do not meet the criteria, but feel that you have a mutually beneficial promotion, please forward your proposal to the fax number above along with an explanation of reason for exception to the criteria.

weeks to complete the review and approval process.
