    General Information:

    All Ride-Along purchases are converted to individual monetary gift cards. As such, if the recipient redeems the ride-along purchase (gift card) at a track where the experience price is more than what was paid (sales tax, and/or premium price location, etc.), the balance will be payable at the time of redemption.

    Gift Cards and paper Ride-Along Tickets (no longer available for purchase), do not expire.

    * Ride-Alongs are offered at all tracks listed on our Track information page. If you do not see the track you are looking for in the drop-down box, it may be a location where reservations are required, or a track we do not visit. Please see our Ride-Along information page for details. Also note, our Las Vegas location offers a Ride-Tour option (reservations are required) which can be booked from the Las Vegas Schedule by Location page. Ride-Alongs for Indianapolis Motor Speedway require reservations which can be booked from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Schedule by Location page. Also different from our standard Ride-Alongs are Race Weekend Ride-Alongs (Race Rides) which do require reservations - visit the Race Ride page for more information.

    ** Undecided $109 Ride-Along experiences can be purchased when you are not sure which track you will be visiting. These experiences are valid at all of our tracks except our premium tracks which are Daytona International Speedway, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Watkins Glen International.

    Gift cards are redeemable for certain Richard Petty Driving Experience products/services. Reservations are required for Driving Experiences, Race Rides, special events and Ride-Alongs at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Purchase of photos and DVD's with gift cards is only available trackside.

    Gift cards are not refundable for cash. No cash will be given as change from gift card purchases.

    Gift cards do not expire. There are no service fees for unused gift card balances.

    Gift cards that are lost or stolen will be replaced only for the balance remaining on the Gift Card, with valid proof of purchase (reciept that is sent with gift card).

    Gift cards can be redeemed by calling 1•800•BE•PETTY and at trackside. Currently customers are not able to redeem gift cards on-line. On-line redemption will be implemented in Spring 2008.

    Experience prices vary depending on track location, peak and off-peak seasons, dates and times.

    For reservations, there is a $75 fee charged for any cancellations or changes made more than 30 days prior to the experience date. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days prior to experience date are subject to forfeit of the entire experience.
