General Information:
All Ride-Along purchases are converted to individual monetary gift cards. As such,
if the recipient redeems the ride-along purchase (gift card) at a track where the
experience price is more than what was paid (sales tax, and/or premium price
location, etc.), the balance will be payable at the time of redemption.

*The $59 Holiday Ride-Along offer is available for purchase online, by calling 1-800-BE-PETTY,
or at track. This offer is not valid for use at Indianapolis, Daytona, Las Vegas
Ride Tour, special Race Weekend Ride-Along Events or for corporate purchases. Cannot
be combined with any other offer. A maximum of ten (10) $59 Holiday Ride-Alongs
can be purchased per household. The $59 Holiday Ride-Along will be delivered in
the form of a monetary Holiday Ride-Along gift card valued at $59. The $59 Holiday
Ride-Along gift cards can be redeemed starting Jan. 1, 2010. Sales tax will be due
at time of redemption in applicable locations. Holiday Ride-Along Cards can instead
be used as a monetary gift card toward the purchase of a Driving Experience or souvenir
merchandise. Any total purchases (including sales tax, program upgrades, etc) which
exceeds the monetary value of the card will be due at time of redemption. Prices
subject to change without notice. Holiday offers expire Dec. 31, 2009.

The Holiday Drive & Ride Bundle is available for purchase

will be delivered in the form of two gift cards. One gift card with a monetary value
of $449 that can be used towards a Rookie Driving Experience; or any other driving/riding
experience or merchandise item of your choosing.
Please note driving experiences at California, Daytona, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Michagan and
Talladega will require you to pay the difference at time of booking.
All Driving Experiences require
reservations. The second gift card delivered will be a Holiday Ride-Along gift card
with a monetary value of $59 and the restrictions stated above apply.

Gift cards are redeemable for certain Richard Petty Driving Experience products/services.
Reservations are required for Driving Experiences, Race Rides, special events and
Ride-Alongs at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Purchase of photos and DVD's with gift
cards is only available trackside.
Gift cards are not refundable for cash. No cash will be given as change from gift
card purchases.
Gift cards do not expire. There are no service fees for unused gift card balances.
Gift cards that are lost or stolen will be replaced only for the balance remaining
on the Gift Card, with valid proof of purchase (reciept that is sent with gift card).

For reservations, there is a $75 fee charged for any cancellations or changes made
more than 30 days prior to the experience date. Cancellations or changes made less
than 30 days prior to experience date are subject to forfeit of the entire experience.
