FOR THE INAUGURAL RUNNING OF OUR VIP PROGRAM AT
DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY®.
Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime experience to spend an afternoon with The King
at the Speedway where his legend was written.
First, you will take on the "World Center of Racing®", driving 50 laps, over the course of six sessions at speeds up to 160mph. You will also take an intimate tour
of the Richard Petty exhibit at DAYTONA 500 Experience®, where the seven-time
NASCAR Champion will serve as your guide. The King will share the stories behind
many of the historic items which chronicle his 200 wins.
VIP Experience - Schedule Outline:
The day will start at 8am with a continental breakfast and then move to the track
for instruction and training before you take on Daytona for 125 miles in a 600hp NASCAR-style stock car!
- Session One: Eight laps following your instructor and getting comfortable with
the car and track
- Session Two: Eight laps following your instructor, building confidence and speed
- Session Three: Eight laps where you and another student follow your instructor side-by-side
- Session Four Eight laps where you and three other students follow your instructor
side-by-side in pairs
- Session Five: Eight laps where you and another student will practice passing one
another
- Session Six: Ten laps in the final round of lead/follow with your instructor
As you break for lunch, you and one guest are also invited to dine with The King
at the Daytona 500 Club. After lunch, before you complete your driving sessions,
you and your guest will receive a personal tour through the 'Tribute To The King' exhibit at DAYTONA 500 Experience® with Richard Petty as your guide. It is sure to be
an experience of a lifetime!
