General Terms and Conditions

- You are aware that Richard Petty Driving Experience NASCAR-style stock cars have 4 speed manual transmissions and that you are required to operate a manual transmission to participate in our Driving Experiences. If you do not know how to operate a manual transmission you are given one opportunity to shift properly. If the Coordinator determines that you are unable to shift you will forfeit your right to complete the driving experience, you will then be driven, by an instructor for your number of laps purchased and no refunds will be issued.

- Our cars do not have doors. To participate in our Driving and Ride-Along Experiences you must have the ability 1) to climb through a 15" high by 30" wide window that sits 36" from the ground 2) wear a driving suit: sizes S - 3X.

- Driving Programs Age Requirements = At Walt Disney World® Speedway and Daytona International Speedway you must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and at all other tracks be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers license to participate in our diving experiences.

- Ride-Along Programs Age Requirements = At Walt Disney World® Speedway and Daytona International Speedway you must be at least 16 years old and at all other tracks be at least 14 years old to participate in our Riding Experiences.

Rainout Policy Terms and Conditions

-If you are a retail client and you do not complete any laps due to inclement weather, you have a full balance owed to you which is valid for one year from that date and can be used towards the booking of a new program of equal value. Or you can apply your balance towards booking a program of greater value and pay the difference. The balance owed is non-refundable.

- If you are a retail client and you complete some laps but did not complete all laps due to inclement weather (partial rain out) you have a partial balance owed for the uncompleted portion of your experience. The balance owed is non-refundable, but it can either be applied towards the purchase of a new program or used to complete the remaining balance of your original session at a future date and time.

-Dates are subject to change without notice. Richard Petty Driving Experience is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by changes beyond our control.

Driving Experience Terms and Conditions

- Reservations are required for all driving experiences; space is limited and is filled on a first come first serve basis. Please call 1-800-BE-PETTY (1-800-237-3889) or visit www.1800bepetty.com to book your reservation for a specific date and time.

- If you cancel or make any changes to this reservation above more than 30 days prior to your class date you will be charged a $75 administration fee. You also understand that if you cancel/change your selected program less than 30 days prior to your class date or if you fail to attend your selected program, you will forfeit your entire enrollment fee.

-This reservation is transferable with express written consent from the original recipient. Call 1-800-BE-PETTY for details.

-In the event of inclement weather, Richard Petty Driving Experience reserves the right to wait until the day of the Experience to cancel the class. Please show up at the track unless Richard Petty Driving Experience contacts you in advance. In the event of inclement weather, a Rain out Letter will be issued and is valid for one year from the date of issue. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather.

All other damages and expenses are the responsibility of the participant per the Exculpatory and Assumption of Risk Agreement, Release of Liability, and Covenant Not to Sue form that all participants are required to complete prior program participation.

-By participating in the Experience you give and grant unto Richard Petty Driving Experience, its duly authorized agents and assigns, the rights to the use of your name, likeness, voice or photographs taken at Richard Petty Driving Experience, including, but not limited to television and radio broadcasts, film productions, videotape reproductions and the like, and you hereby relinquish all rights therefore for these purposes.

-Dates are subject to change without notice. Richard Petty Driving Experience is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by changes beyond our control.

Ride-Along Terms and Conditions

-Ride-Alongs do not require reservations at most tracks (except for Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Race Ride Events). Ride-Alongs are available on a first come, first serve basis and start one hour after the beginning of each driving class. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

-Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. No cash will be given as change from gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

-Gift cards do not expire. There are no service fees for unused gift card balances.

-Gift cards can be used to purchase any Richard Petty Driving Experience merchandise or ride/drive experience. Purchases of photos and DVD's are only available trackside.

-Purchasing a gift card does not reserve a spot of any kind. To reserve your spot please call the Customer Service and Sales Center at 1.800.BE.PETTY or book on-line (starting in early 2008). Please have your gift card with you at the time of booking as the card number and PIN/security code will be needed.

-Gift cards are valid for the monetary amount purchased. As such, any expense (sales tax, etc.), that may exceed the monetary value of the card will be due at the time of purchase. Ride-Along and Driving Experience prices vary depending on track location. Ride-Alongs at Daytona International Speedway, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway, and Driving Experiences at Auto Club Speedway (formerly California Speedway), Daytona International Speedway, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Michigan International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway rates are higher due to track size. Weekend race ride events are also priced at a premium. All prices are subject to change without notice.

-Paper Gift Certificates: Richard Petty Driving Experience no longer sells paper Gift Certificates. However, for those customers looking to redeem a previously issued Gift Certificate, all terms and conditions listed above for Gift Cards apply (except that they cannot be redeemed trackside)

Privacy Policy

USE OF INFORMATION
Richard Petty Driving Experience (RPDE) uses any information voluntarily given by our customers as an internal tool only and is used to enhance their experience with us or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our customers.

As stated above, we use information that customers voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters or special offers and to enable users to participate in polls, surveys, message boards, and other forums. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule (depending on the newsletter), and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing.

SECURITY
RPDE operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

OPT-OUT POLICY
We give customers options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:
• Opting not to register to receive our electronic newsletters or special offers from RPDE or our partners.
•Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely alleviates the need to gather any personally identifiable information from our users
